A VISION IN RED

We've all heard of a lady in red, but are you acquainted with a bride in red...

Christmas is soon upon us, and we thought, what better way to engage in festivities than to share this magnificent styled shoot with a lady adorned in red.

Everyone loves the classic, conventional princess wedding gown, but, have you ever considered a less traditional option? Here at Dream Dresses by P.M.N we focus on delivering to you the dress of your desires, no matter the style, color, material, or structure. In this blog post today, we will explore a more modern, and unconventional ball gown for a bride to showcase on her special day. We hope you enjoy seeing our styled shoot with our gorgeous model, Jessica, captured in our regal red Regine gown, by our talented photographer, Jos Riv. The shoot's location was based in Thornewood Castle, Washington, a fitting backdrop that radiates a grandiose, luxury feel, that pairs perfectly with our alluring dress.

Over the recent years, there has been a growing demand for colored wedding gowns, as not all brides dream of wearing white. This striking, lavish, red colored gown is perfect for those who aren't afraid to stand out, and make a statement. Red also matches superbly with a Christmas themed wedding... and we are only moments away from the festive day.

Our long sleeve, couture ball gown in red features many intricate details that have been meticulously hand-placed to ensure the utmost quality for our future brides. One can only marvel at the stunning embellishments undulating down from the neckline, made from custom embroidered lace, and adorned with twinkling beaded crystals. The gown's bodice is decorated with custom designed embroidery flowers, resembling a rose's delicate, yet passionate nature. To add to the dramatic, and enchanting vibe, this dress is fitted with a cathedral train, running behind the bride for 2.3 feet long. Any bride wearing this dress will ooze glamour, and allure. The materials used to construct this unique gown include embroidery, crystals, tulle, organza and satin. We only provide the best quality for you to wear on your wedding day.

In the west, white has been a long-standing tradition for brides, however, in other parts of the world red is a more desirable choice for a wedding gown. In India, brides conventionally wear a red sari made from silk. In China, and other parts of East Asia, brides are drawn to this shade as red resembles luck, wealth, and prosperity. In Vietnam, a red áo dài (Vietnamese traditional dress) is a popular, sought-after choice for future brides, as it brings a regal and elegant touch. Moreover, the color red can connote many different things, such as warmth, love, royalty, and desire. Adding a splash of vibrancy on your special day will definitely make for a memorable occasion!

Colorful, non-traditional gowns have also grown popular in the A-lister, celebrity world. Chrissy Teigen was snapped wearing a crimson, red gown, with a ruffled hem, and fish-tail silhouette. Likewise, singer Gwen Stefani was seen sporting a unique dip-dye gown in 2002. From an ombré design, to all colors of the rainbow, any colorway will look fabulous on your special, magical day.

Don't hesitate if you are lusting after an eye-catching, unique dress; go beyond conventions, and make a statement!
