A few months ago, in a moment of insane courage, I applied for The Bellevue Collection Independent Runway Show to showcase my fall collection. The very first interview with the panel was so intense that I thought I could pass out at any moment. I stepped inside the room and my breath was taken away because there were so many people (at least 8 people) in the room waiting to interview me. I will never forget that moment, I had to put on microphone and camera was pointing at me, and I knew this is very serious and I needed to stay calm if I was going to make it through this ALIVE.
The interview went well, and I went home knowing that I would be selected to showcase my designs at the show.

A few months later, here I am on Seattle Met magazine the September edition feature for the Bellevue Collection Independent Runway Show. I can't believe that we are already more than halfway of the journey and in a few weeks my Autumn Glamour collection will be on the runway of the show. I am so excited !!!

As the spectacular finale of a 6-month long mentorship program designed to develop and inspire through the guidance of a panel of fashion industry insiders, the show features the designers’ one-of-a-kind collections as they compete for a $5000 cash prize courtesy of the Kemper Freeman Family and The Bellevue Collection. The winning designer will also have a look from their collection on display in a Fashion Frame at Bellevue Square. VIP tickets are $75 and General Admission tickets are $50. 100% of the ticket price benefits the IDRS fashion fund."
